Develop Risk Management Plan for the Transportation of Chlorine

Project Description

KTA developed a risk management plan, as required by the Clean Air Act, for the storage and distribution of chlorine gas shipped from Seattle, Washington to Anchorage, Alaska and sold in Anchorage, Alaska. The risk management plan identified potential chorine gas release scenarios, potential fatality rate in the nearby community, and notification and mitigation actions.
